[Eosc-life-wp3] Preparation for upcoming EOSC-Life WP3 TC needed

I am sorry that I cannot join your TC today but, having briefly reviewed the WP7 Resource Allocation Process Document (that Frauke mentions in her email below), I gave some feedback to Frauke in person last week.
Having now read through the WP7 Resource Allocation Process Document, I realise that I have been thinking about the open call in a slightly naïve manner! It is clear that WP7 have established quite a detailed process for resource allocation and the open calls should align with this. I do not have an answer right now for how to do this but rather a suggestion that we should all take the advice below and read the WP7 document in detail!
Once again, sorry I can make the call but hope to catch up soon.
All the best,

Your feedback is much appreciated and I have responded to many of the comments this morning, I look forward to further discussions in our upcoming TC and to come to a common approach and understanding on scope and structure of the Open Calls.
> I would also like to point you to another highly relevant document in this respect, the WP7 Resource Allocation Process <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RrvNrxbeU_2zTJZ8YRUtZM8NuvwCgMAuqnWSMTiKd_k/edit>. Please read through this document as well by Monday. It is important for us to understand to what extent their current approach is in line with our foreseen processes (e.g. in the field of reviewing the applications). Their Resource Allocation Process is not tailored to the WP3 Open Call, but will be used for other EOSC-Life activities as well. Therefore, we have to bring in the 'Open Call applicant perspective', trying to achieve an easily understandable process.
> Please note that comments to the WP3 Open Call Strategy and Guideline draft have to be submitted by Monday. Following the TC, we will consolidate the input and then share the document with the consortium ahead of the upcoming retreat.
