Dear WP3 team,

Thanks a lot for participating to the meeting this afternoon and I apologise once again for the technical issues.
We will send proper minutes tomorrow taken by Laura and Johanna but since we have some pressing matters to address it would be great if you could start having a look and give your feedback on the dissemination material and the Aria application process that are the most pressing actions

1) feedback on dissemination material to Caitlin and Laura ideally tomorrow

That's the links to the possible graphics and content for website/flyers/social media . Please have a look and give your comments to Caitlin and Laura

2) Aria testing: feedback before the end of the week if possible (in the feedback form)

Here is the link to test the WP3 Open call application process in ARIA<https://instruct-eric.eu/submit-proposal/?t=eosclife> and the Link to the feedback form<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eLEudHF5Co3FIwQO0oV8azlLNPRZoIzgu_YojSVTjv8/edit?usp=sharing>

Have a look and let us know if you think that anything is unclear or not displayed properly.
Please, pay special attention to the points below:

1) Please test all the links that are available in the proposal guidelines (Addendum, Reviewer guidelines, technical evaluation guidelines, Terms of submission, privacy policy, FAQ, and other links to websites).

2) When testing the application process in “begin new proposal”, you can play around and have proposals that align to one or more than one area of expertise to check that the questions that appear are not duplicated/missing and that the WP specific questions are correctly displayed.

3) You have to give a title to your proposal, please give a title that we can clearly identify as a test run (eg: “Test”1…)

4) Automated emails are sent at various points after your application has been submitted, to you, to members of your team (so be careful who you add here as they will be emailed about your test proposal), and to the technical experts (though we have disabled these technical expert emails for now).

5) In the application form, check the links, the questions; If you have time, check the applicant form<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gwCiNcQ5kDDv-XOUmdQgb5eVdEn9Sr5R/view?usp=sharing> that we made in Microsoft word and make sure that the questions are matching

6) Through your application process, check how your proposal appears in your Dashboard<https://instruct-eric.eu/dashboard?t=eosclife>

Thanks a lot for your help

Best Regards,

Dear EOSC-Life WP3 team,

we will have our next monthly meeting on 07.09.2020 at 14:00 CEST (13:00 BST). Please find the agenda and dial-in details here.<https://drive.google.com/file/d/10tu6OJMbW7Gzmf67XlOh1tWwmKoT9MGq/view?usp=sharing>

This will be quite a full meeting as in September we will be launching our first Open Call, and our Deliverable 3.1 and 1st Periodic Technical Report are both due at the end of the month. We are therefore scheduling this meeting for 90 min rather than the usual 60 min, and we would appreciate everyone staying as long as possible.

All the documents related to the Open Call, the Deliverable and the Technical Report are linked in the agenda, if you have a chance to look at them prior to the meeting.

Best wishes,

Natalie, Pauline and Johanna
