[Eosc-life-wp3] EOSC-Life: Operations and support Helpdesk

Dear EOSC-Life WP3 team, 

This is a brief email to welcome you and provide you some basic information on how the WP7 EOSC-Life Helpdesk works.

The tool to support request tracking is Request Tracker and the RT queue is managed by Masaryk University.
