Dear Jan-Willem,
as a use case the Mario Negri Institute / EATRIS will present a small trial funded by the italian Ministry of Health of neo-adjuvant retinoic acid in post-menopausal women with estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. In addition to the clinical data, it will encompass RNAseq data of pre- and post-treatment samples to verify a gene-expression model for the prediction of response in view of a personalized medicine approach.
I look forward to meet you all in Paris.
Best
Maddalena
